Our local Maternal & Child Health committee along with other community partners are sponsoring monthly gathering of dads who want to engage with their children in a meaningful way. When dads attend future monthly group get togethers, they can expect to connect with other dads, share experiences, and learn new ways to be involved in your children’s lives.
Often times dads are innocently left out of the family planning engagements, so our goal it to highlight the importance of a dad’s role in parenting while fostering friendships in a fun environment. These gatherings will take place on the second Thursday of every month from 5-7pm. The locations will vary, see ticket/dates for more details when you register. A meal will be provided as well as a fun activity to complete with your child.
2024 Dates: Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 14, Apr 11, May 9, Jun 13, Jul 11, Aug 8, Sep 12
A fellow dad will be leading the get together. Plus, provide topics for a fatherhood conversation where you just may learn something new, or provide ideas for another dad.

is holding Diaper Drive-Through’s every month.
Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month from 1:00pm-2:30pm
They will be distributing diapers, wipes and formula.
Bring your ID and birth certificate/guardianship papers for each child you are requesting diapers for.
They are also now setting appointments for the Baby Boutique for ladies 7-9 months pregnant and new moms.
